• Worked for Ministry of Commerce  for 5 yrs prior to beginning private law career, in business regulation and insurance registration departments.
• Regularly conduct litigation, largely in intellectual property matters.
• Drafted a franchise agreement for a major ice cream company.
• Do all contracts for a large Japanese tech company, for example, distribution, sales and leases.  Give labor law advice to the same company.
• Handled a child adoption for a British client.
• Pursued an infringement action in Thailand on behalf of an Indian pharmaceuticals company.
• Handled distribution rights for a multinational music company, reviewing the legal agreements and litigation.
• Advised a client on launching a reverse option website, in particular, reviewing the contracts and compliance with Thai law.
• Drafted a distribution agreement for software.
• Drafted and negotiated a maintenance and service agreement for a computer company.
