• Enforced a mortgage in court.
• Handled much litigation for a bank, including in connection with loan agreements, negotiable instruments, and trusts.
• Acted for the lender in a suit for mortgage enforcement where the borrower breached the terms of the mortgage agreement.
• Represented a commercial supplier  in litigation for claims of money for goods.
