• Handled a dispute, including litigation, between an owner-developer and contractors in real estate deal involving allegations of violations of the Foreign Business Act.
• Defended a white collar criminal matter in which it was alleged that a company was not properly paying its employees.
• Defended clients who liquidated a company without complying with the relevant laws.
• Represented creditors of a company that was fraudulently made insolvent by a director.
• Represented board members of a company accused of fraud.
• Acted for creditors in connection with fraudulent transfer of funds from the debtior to a third party.
• Handled many securities fraud matters.
• Represented a board of directors in connection with the reorganization of major corporate debt.
